Mēxihco Orgánico, South Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood’s newest eatery, offers a wide variety of great-tasting menu items that are 100% Organic, natural, fresh and locally sourced! Our mission is to provide you with fresh, healthy, and delicious food, so that you never have to choose between what is better tasting and what is better for you.

At Mēxihco Orgánico, our goal has always been to create delicious and healthy meals without compromising the quality of our food. That’s why we have taken an all-natural and 100% Organic route on our new menu. Teaming up with Chef Horacio Rivadero, our new and diverse menu has been carefully curated and designed to share with those you love! Mēxihco Orgánico is the only 100% Organic Mexican restaurant in South Florida and will emulate a casual dining experience. The chef-driven menu will feature the freshest organic ingredients while continuing to serve flavorful dishes without compromising on taste, or quality. Chef Horacio Rivadero now brings his experience to Mēxihco Orgánico as a collaborative chef. In 2012, Rivadero was named Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chef for the Gulf Region, and in 2014 he was a James Beard Award Best Chef: South semifinalist for his work as executive chef at The District. Rivadero’s passion for creating flavorful yet healthy dishes is reflected through his commitment to locally grown ingredients in the restaurant’s menu – which often varies, taking advantage of what is freshest in the market that day.

The menu will feature signature Mexican favorites such as Queso Fundido, the Classic Quesadilla and Loaded Nachos while Chef Horacio will infuse his signature style to elevate dishes such as the Carne Asada Tacos or the Burrito Pollo Asado. Additionally, a diverse selection of salsas will be available such as Salsa Verde, Salsa Chipotle and more. Mēxihco Orgánico also offers signature Mexican cocktails,

beers and spirits. Located on the ground level of The Cosmopolitan, the South of Fifth location boasts a 1,150-square-foot space. It includes an indoor counter and outdoor seating areas and can accommodate up to 80 guests. Mēxihco Orgánico is available for guests on-the-go and can be found exclusively on UberEats. The approachable, casual eatery has also introduced biodegradable packaging, staying on brand with improving the restaurant industry’s eco-friendly, sustainability practices.

With the futures of our own kids in mind, we wanted to develop a concept that would be better for them. Healthy living is our goal just as it is everyone else’s. We will continue to deliver great-tasting food to our customers and are eager to expand across the country and the globe. We are passionate about the food, the business, and our company’s expansion.
